Bo H. Holmgreen
Chief Executive Officer and President

Bo Holmgreen is Chief Executive Officer and President of Transoft International, Inc., a company he co-founded in 1992 to focus on cash management in the banking industry.  Under his guidance Transoft has emerged as the global leader of currency supply chain management software solutions. Transoft’s OptiCash, OptiNet, and OptiVault products efficiently and cost effectively handle all aspects of the complex cash management process while providing significant recurring cost savings for ATM, branch, and vault networks.

Prior to co-founding Transoft Mr. Holmgreen held management positions at Alcatel and SDM International.  While at Alcatel  Mr. Holmgreen managed a business division which developed and sold EFT/POS systems, including exporting the  technology to EDS and other US-based companies.  As Vice President, Sales and Marketing at SDM International Mr. Holmgreen furthered his knowledge of centralized ATM switching systems.  Transoft International has greatly benefited from Mr. Holmgreen’s extensive experience with ATM and payment systems.

Mr. Holmgreen is a native of Denmark. He attended the Technical University of Denmark, where he received advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration.  He has been active in the EFT Association, has published a number of industry articles, and has been a familiar speaker at international and domestic conferences..


Andreas Kozma
Vice President of Global Operations and SaaS Solutions
Transoft International, Inc.

Andreas joined Transoft in 2007 to lead the new SaaS initiative launched by Transoft and then in 2008 was promoted to head up the global day to day operations of the Professional Services, Support Services and Quality Assurance groups. During his time with Transoft, the company has taken an industry leadership position in the SaaS arena, and followed through on a large investment into building the Latin American operational infrastructure to support the rapid growth experienced in Mexico. Prior to Transoft, Andy held the COO position at various Provco Group portfolio companies in the retail and software industries.

Andreas holds a degree in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami..


Michael Printer
Sales Director
Transoft International, Inc.

Michael Printer leads the global sales effort for Transoft International, Inc.  Mr. Printer joined Transoft in 2003 and served as the Director for the EMEA region , growing the region’s client base by effectively penetrating new markets within EMEA.  In 2007 he took on the challenge of global Sales Director.

Mr. Printer brings 16 years of sales experience to the executive  management team.  Meeting the global challenges requires expert sales skills and the new front-line sales team has been chosen to meet this demand.  In addition, establishing and managing an efficient partner strategy has been a key facet of the role, leading to a new partner program approach that has generated significant and highly valuable relationships.

Prior to joining Transoft Mr. Printer was responsible for  ATM Managed Services solutions with NCR, and he provided services sales in IBM and other IT support providers to the financial services markets.


Heather Powell
Project Management Director
Transoft International, Inc.

As the Project Management Director for Transoft International, Inc., Heather Powell monitors and measures all projects on a global basis.  Ms. Powell manages the Executive Account Manager team and is responsible for monitoring all company resource planning.

Ms. Powell joined Transoft in 2005. She has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry and has held positions at both merchant and clearing banks. Prior to joining Transoft she served in a project management role with the cash transmissions team at Abbey (formerly Abbey National), one of the United Kingdom’s largest clearing banks. Her duties included process re-engineering, systems reviews, business continuity planning, ISO compliance, and implementation of the OptiCash and OptiVault software. She was also a member of the team responsible for the building and commissioning of a new cash center as a joint venture between Abbey and Post Office Counters Ltd.

Ms. Powell is a member of Mensa and holds a Professional Certificate in Management from the Open University.


Tim Brown
Product Director
Transoft International, Inc.

Tim Brown manages the complete product portfolio offered by Transoft International, Inc. Mr. Brown drives all development efforts, addressing both new market needs and desired core enhancements. Since joining Transoft in 2001, Mr. Brown has enabled the product portfolio to more than triple in its size of offerings, helping Transoft to be named one of the fastest growing IT companies in North Carolina by Deloitte and Touche three years in succession.

Mr. Brown brings more than 10 years of banking and financial software experience to the senior management team. Prior to joining Transoft he worked in private banking for JP Morgan in Manhattan, delivering in-house software solutions ranging from end-to-end client account management and tracking to trading applications in the foreign currency market.

Mr. Brown holds a degree in Mathematics from the College of William and Mary.
